Library Cataloging Exception
Many libraries order cataloging products and full processing (book pockets, barcodes, spine labels, and other items to attach to books).  Processed books are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
 
 
Half-Price Replacement Program
Did your dog eat the book?  Was it left out in the rain? Or color crayoned by an artistic child?  Now you can replace our Usborne book purchased through us at half-price of the current retail price at any point in time.  The handling fee is $4 per item.  You must return the damaged book, include the original receipt, the half-price payment plus the $4 handling fee.  Half-price replacement covers merchandise that is current and in-stock at the time of replacement.  If you return an item that is no longer published, we may exchange it for something of similar subject and value.
